We started in 2011 pressing mahjong tiles for the domestic market. When the first American buyer sent us a 166-tile spec with eight Jokers and an NMJL card, we built a dedicated line for it — and never went back.

Today every step that decides whether your set feels premium happens inside our own walls: the mould, the polish, the engraving depth, the paint fill, the case stitching and the retail box. That is why when something is wrong you get one phone number, not a chain of suppliers pointing at each other.

Our Craft

Four processes we own — so quality is ours to fix

Nothing about the look, feel or durability of your set is outsourced. Each of these four stages runs on our own equipment and our own operators.

Tile moulding & polishing

A-grade melamine pressed in our own moulds, then three-stage tumble polished. Face flatness holds within 0.05 mm, which is why your print and engraving land crisp.

CNC engraving & paint fill

Symbols are cut 0.6–0.9 mm deep and hand-wiped with pigment, not printed on top. Players cannot rub the suit off after a season of shuffling.

UV printing & fibre laser

Full-colour 1440 dpi UV on tile faces at Pantone ΔE ≤ 2.0, plus fibre-laser marking for monograms. Your artwork survives 500 Taber cycles.

Case sewing & retail packing

Our own sewing room builds the leather, canvas and quilted cases, then packs them into your retail box — one factory, one accountable warranty.

2011

A single tile press

Founded in Yiwu as a two-machine tile pressing workshop supplying the domestic game trade.

2014

First American 166 programme

A US distributor sent us an eight-Joker spec with an NMJL card. We built a dedicated line and shipped the first container that autumn.

2017

Engraving brought in-house

Installed our own CNC engraving and paint-fill cells, ending our reliance on outside engravers — and cutting rework by two thirds.

2021

Case sewing room opened

Added leather, canvas and quilting lines so a set and its case now ship as one SKU with one warranty.

2024

BSCI audit & 1.2 M capacity

Passed social-compliance audit and reached 1.2 million sets of annual capacity across four assembly lines.

FAQ

The seven questions buyers always ask first

200 sets for a catalogue set with your logo, 300–500 sets for a new colourway, and 5,000 tiles for full custom face printing. Accessories start at 400–1,000 pieces depending on the item.

28 days for a catalogue set after deposit and artwork sign-off. Add 7 days for a new mould or a rigid gift box. Q4 gifting orders should be booked from July.

Yes. A catalogue sample ships in 3 working days at cost plus freight. A custom golden sample takes 7–10 days and the fee is credited back against your first production order.

30% deposit with the order, 70% against the bill of lading copy. T/T and L/C at sight are both accepted, and we can invoice through Alibaba Trade Assurance if you prefer escrow.

Every shipment includes ASTM F963 and CPSIA test reports plus the tile-count and colour-match sheets. EN71-3 and REACH are available for EU-bound orders at no extra cost.

Yes — send vector artwork and we return a physical proof in 5 working days. UV printing holds Pantone within ΔE 2.0 and survives 500 Taber abrasion cycles without visible fade.
