152 playing tiles plus 14 blanks, so a lost tile is replaced from the same tray instead of scrapping the set. Joker faces, flower artwork and blank quantity are all adjustable on an OEM run.

A mahjong tile is judged in the hand. These are the four measurements that decide whether yours feels like an heirloom or like a promotional giveaway.

Macro on the engraved face — cut wall, pigment fill and polished edge radius.

Engrave depth 0.6–0.9 mm. Deep enough that the pigment sits below the wear surface, so shuffling polishes the tile instead of erasing the symbol.
Face flatness ≤ 0.05 mm. Tiles stand in a wall without rocking, and printed artwork lands crisp to the edge rather than blurring off the radius.
Edge radius 0.6 mm, hand-buffed. No sharp burr against the fingertip after 40 hands — the difference a player feels before they see anything.
Colour held to ΔE ≤ 2.0. Matched against your approved golden sample and recorded per run, so your second container looks like your first.

Double count, sealed tray. Counted at assembly and again at sealing, with the count sheet inside the carton.
1.2 m drop test, six faces. Performed per production run on a packed retail unit, report issued with the shipment.
500-cycle Taber abrasion. Applied to printed and paint-filled faces to prove the artwork survives real handling.
ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN71-3, REACH. Test reports issued with every shipment so your broker never holds the entry.
